The DCR-TRV19 provides Advanced HAD CCD (Charged Couple Device) imagers with 680k pixels for detailed images. An advanced version of Sony's SteadyShot System controls a high range of shake and vibration frequencies to achieve an even higher level of smoothness without degradation of video like some other image stabilization systems. The NightShot Infrared system allows for optimum video performance in poor lighting. The 10X optical and 120X digital zoom brings the action close up from far away. All of these technological advances can be viewed through a 2.5" touch panel SwivelScreen precision color LCD (123k pixels), allowing you to watch what you're shooting from numerous angles.
You can navigate through the camcorder's menu system by touching the LCD screen.

With the TRV19's i.LINK DV interface even more images can be placed in DV related devices like capture boards, other camcorders and PCs.
You can even download images through USB streaming video.

The TRV19 comes with a variety of accessories including an AC-L15 AC Adapter/Charger, NP-FM30 battery for hours
of uninterrupted recording, a wireless remote control, and a stereo A/V cable.
